Leadership for Diversity Training

Leadership for Diversity Training is Launched.

The first Leadership for Diversity Training Program is underway!  A wonderful group of students and employees have come together to form a community of emerging leaders for diversity. Participants are meeting twice a month to explore ideas and information and to talk and work together to enhance their confidence and competence as diversity leaders.  In the Spring we will continue to meet twice monthly and participants will have opportunities to do diversity work with ongoing consultation from OID staff.  For others at BSU who want additional training and support to expand their leadership skills in doing diversity work, please stay tuned for the next training program or contact Barbara Bond (barbara.bond@bridgew.edu) for more information.
