Second Language Services

In its mission statement, Bridgewater State College lists as its number one priority the creation of "an intellectual environment and campus culture that challenges all students to achieve academic excellence."  Moreover, the College wishes to "incorporate the ideals and practices of cultural diversity, global citizenship and civic responsibility into the curriculum and campus life."  Thus, the College is committed to providing academic support to enhance learning of all students, including those for whom English is a second language.  The Office of Second Language Services coordinates programs and initiatives that help fulfill this goal.
